The Warrior

The Idea:
A female warrior.
Description of Scene:
She is holding the mermaid necklace
in one hand or both hands, she is gazing
at the necklace. laying on a rock is a small
open clam... she uses this clam as a sort
of treasure chest, also in this clam are a
few coins and jewels... but most inportant
there is a gold heart shaped pendent, a
present from her family before the
transformation.
The Story:
She was orphaned when a band of trolls killed her parents, a small elf hunting party came by and rescued the orphan. A childless elf couple took the human child into their home, they only meant to care for the child until they could find a human couple to take care of the her. But the elf wife fell in love with human child and the elf husband agreed to adopt the little human. As the child grew into adult hood, she had a hard time adapting to elf culture but proved herself to be an asset to the elf community. On this day she stand ready to fight with the elves against the trolls, who have declared on the elves.
Technique:
Painted with ps-cs2, brush tool. used a photo reference of Jenn for the face.
